FOUNDING TREATY

ARTICLE ONE,
The MINNESOTAN EMPIRE, COOKIE COUNTRY and THE COMMONWEALTH OF AMPHIBIA are all recognized as members of the NSTO

ARTICLE TWO,
If one member nation is attacked, it should be considered an attack on all members.

ARTICLE THREE, 
If a member nation is attacked, they shall call to invoke this article, to allow article two to imply.

ARTICLE FOUR,
A 2/3rds MAJORITY OF ALL ORGANIZATION MEMBERS IS NEEDED TO AMEND THIS TREATY (TO ADD, REVOKE, AND EDIT ARTICLES)

 

ARTICLE FIVE,
members within the treaty agree to settle international disputes through peaceful means and refrain from the threat or use of force.

ARTICLE SIX,
this treaty can only be broken if 2/3 of the members agree to break it
